Summer blossom honey is collected by honey bees from
the blooming orchid fruit trees and blossoming flowers
in late spring – early summer.
Summer blossom honey is light yellow in color, has a fresh
fruity aroma and a complex aftertaste.
It has a calming effect; it’s effective in reducing oxidative stress,
and is sometimes used in treating migraines and insomnia.
Pure Canadian unpasteurized honey.
